Generally, every 100 grams of clean and fresh dates are rich in vitamin C, which provides 230 calories of energy, 75 grams of carbohydrates, 2.5 grams of protein, and 0.4 grams of fat. Dates contain a small amount of water, which does not affect drying. Generally, ripe dates contain about 80 percent sugar content. Ingredients: Milk 1 liter, Polao rice 3 handsome, white cardamom powder 3, cinnamon 2, bay leaves 2, date molasses 3-4 handfuls (as per your taste).
Method: Boil date jaggery in 1 cup of water and strain it with a strainer when it cools down. Add a little more water to the rice and boil the rice completely and drain the water. Put milk in another pot and add cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves, and heat it well. When it becomes a little thick, carefully remove the spices with a spoon and throw them away. Boiled rice should be boiled well by pouring milk on low heat. When it becomes thick and sticky, turn off the stove. After 8-10 minutes the cooled date jaggery which was burnt and cooled earlier should be poured into the milk-rice mixture and stirred well. This makes delicious date jaggery pies. Top with cherries, almonds, and raisins, and serve.

What you will need:
Dates 500
grams, two cups of milk powder, one cup of sugar, one cup of ghee, one cup of sugar almond powder, one cup of cashew nut powder, one cup of almond powder, whole cashews, pistachios, and almonds for garnishing.
Cooking method:
Soak dates in milk for two hours. Then peel the seeds and blend them well. Now add ghee to a bowl and mix it well with date paste, sugar, and almond powder one by one. Keep adding milk powder little by little. When it freezes, pour it into a container and cool it. Then garnish with chopped almonds and serve. The date halwa is ready.
