Chili Chili Chicken

Materials: 1. 1 chicken (one and a half kg), 2. 2 large potatoes, 3. Chopped onion 1/2 cup, 4. 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 5. 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, 6. Cumin flour/powder 1 teaspoon, 7. One and a half teaspoons of chili powder, 8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, 9. 3 bay leaves, 10. Cinnamon 3 pieces (one and a half inches), 11. Cardamom 4/5 t, 12. Whole cumin seeds 1 teaspoon (can not be given), 13. Green pepper 5/6 t, 14. Fried cumin powder 1 teaspoon, 15. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon, 16. Salt to taste, 17. Oil 1/4 cup.
Method: Heat oil in a pan and add whole cumin seeds and whole garam masala and fry chopped onions. When the onion turns brown, grind all the spices (except roasted cumin and garam masala powder) in it with little water. When the spices are ground, grate the potatoes and mix the chicken and cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally. No need to water. Drain the chicken with the water that comes out of the chicken. When the water from draining the chicken is dry, add enough water for the broth. After leaving the oil, spread the green chilies, roasted cumin seeds, and garam masala powder and let it simmer for a while.

Ingredients: Chicken: 12 pieces (1 chicken should be cut into 12 pieces), Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon, Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon, Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon, Hot spices: half teaspoon, Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon, Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon, oil: 1/4 cup, coconut milk: 2 cups, chopped coriander leaves: little, salt: to taste, chopped onion: 1/2 cup, onion batter: 1/2 cup
Procedure: 1. Heat oil and fry chopped onions in it. 2. If brown, add onion batter. 3. When the water dries up, add all the powders and batter masala. 4. Now cook the chicken meat on low heat by adding coconut milk twice. 5. When done, take it down and serve with chopped coriander leaves.

Chicken fried in mustard oil

Ingredients: Chicken meat, dry chili paste, ginger paste, whole garlic, cumin paste, chopped onion, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon powder, salt, turmeric powder, whole cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, and mustard oil. Take everything according to the needs of the family.

Kashmiri Chilli Chicken

Ingredients: 300 grams of chicken meat, 10 grams of dry chilies, 10 grams of onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic, a little fried sesame, a little ginger, 45 grams of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:- 1 Tablespoon Ghee- 1/2 Kg Chicken Meat- 6 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder- 4-5 Cloves- 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste- Curry Leaves- 1 Onion Chopped- 1.5 Tomato Chopped – 1 teaspoon coriander powder – a pinch of salt – water – garam masala
Method: 1. Rub the chicken with red chili powder and turmeric powder and keep it in the fridge for marinating for an hour. 2. Add ghee to a pan and stir it with cloves, ginger, and garlic paste. 3. Add curry leaves and chopped onion. When the onion becomes soft, add chopped tomatoes. 4. Cook for a while on high heat. 5. Then cook it with coriander powder and chicken. Stir for a while with water. 6. Cover with salt and cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes. 7. When the meat is cooked, put it down with garam masala. 8. The result is delicious pepper chicken.
