Chicken in coconut milk
Ingredients: Chicken: 12 pieces (1 chicken should be cut into 12 pieces), Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon, Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon, Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon, Hot spices: half teaspoon, Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon, Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon, oil: 1/4 cup, coconut milk: 2 cups, chopped coriander leaves: little, salt: to taste, chopped onion: 1/2 cup,
onion batter: 1/2 cup
Procedure: 1. Heat oil and
fry chopped onions in it. 2. If brown, add onion batter. 3. When the water dries up, add all the powders and batter masala. 4. Now cook the chicken meat on low heat by adding coconut milk twice. 5. When done, take it down and serve with chopped coriander leaves.
Chicken fried in mustard oil
Ingredients: Chicken meat, dry chili paste,
ginger paste, whole garlic, cumin paste, chopped onion, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon powder, salt, turmeric powder, whole cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, and mustard oil. Take everything according to the needs of the family.
Cooking rules: 1. First, clean and wash the chicken meat. 2. Then grind the masala with all the above ingredients except cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom in hot oil. 3. Now leave the meat in the ground spices and keep stirring. 4. Shred the meat with a lid on low heat. 5. If it is grated, increase the heat of the stove with
enough water and continue to cook. 6. When the meat is cooked and the broth thickens, add cumin, cardamom, and cinnamon and take it off the stove. 7. Then serve delicious roast chicken to the whole family.
Kashmiri Chilli Chicken
Ingredients: 300 grams of chicken meat, 10
grams of dry chilies, 10 grams of onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic, a little fried sesame, a little ginger, 45 grams of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
Method: Cut the
chicken meat into pieces. Mix salt with the chicken meat and keep it for 10 minutes. Cut the onions and keep them in pieces. Heat the oil and pour the oil into the meat and knead for 1 minute. Again heat the oil in the pan and fry the dry onions. Pour the chicken meat into the onions and keep grinding. After a while, mix onion, salt, sugar, and vinegar with chicken meat and continue to grind.
Sometimes you can pour a little water. Remove the soup when it thickens a little. 'Kashmiri Jhal Murgi' is done.
Pepper Chicken
Ingredients:- 1 Tablespoon Ghee- 1/2 Kg
Chicken Meat- 6 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder- 4-5 Cloves- 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste- Curry Leaves- 1 Onion Chopped- 1.5 Tomato Chopped – 1 teaspoon coriander powder – a pinch of salt – water – garam masala
Method: 1. Rub the chicken with red chili powder and turmeric powder and keep it in the fridge for marinating for an hour. 2. Add ghee to a pan and stir it with cloves, ginger, and garlic paste. 3. Add curry leaves and chopped onion. When the onion becomes soft, add chopped tomatoes. 4.
Cook for a while on high heat. 5. Then cook it with coriander powder and chicken. Stir for a while with water. 6. Cover with salt and cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes. 7. When the meat is cooked, put it down with
garam masala. 8. The result is delicious pepper chicken.
